I've found some fascinating, educational gems on /r/mealtimevideos. I think I found the user Every Frame A Painting through this subreddit! Excellent bite-sized videos that you can sort/filter by duration (I like 20-30 minutes but some 1-hour ones are great).

For a hot second, the U.S. administration ended the Global Entry program, but then it reopened. It's a nightmare to try to schedule an appointment at an airport months in advance; instead, fill out the application before you fly international, and upon arrival back to the U.S., do the interview to get Global Entry.
